While an advanced level of English (C1 or higher) is not required for your country's edition, you will need it if you want to advance and be part of the global edition.
To apply, register at Santander Open Academy and during the open call period and apply for your seat.
The grantor will consider the best evaluations of the panel of experts to select the 50 winning women from each country.
The 50 winners from each country will receive an exclusive online course (approx. 6h) on women's leadership developed by the London School of Economics (LSE) with a certificate of completion through the Santander Open Academy.
No, to participate in Santander W50 you must currently hold a senior management or C-suite position in your company.
You do not need to be a current or prospective customer to participate in the programme.
