SW50 Phases Gallery Meet the SW50
Santander W50 is one of the best programmes for female talent development globally, and boasts a network of over 1,300 women leaders.
This programme helps you consolidate your leadership style, gain recognition and visibility, and become part of a prestigious global network.
You will join 50 global leaders in a one-of-kind experience in London, featuring high-performance training at the LSE campus. You will have exclusive access to specialized training, experiential sessions, and individual coaching by top faculty from one of the world’s most prestigious academic institutions.
If you are a woman in top management or a C-suite position within your company, this is your chance to shine.
During the programme application period, you will be able to register and become one of the 50 women leaders in your country.
Include your professional bio and a brief statement of your leadership impact and motivation. Your profile will be validated by the grantor.
The best expert evaluations will be considered to select the 50 women SW50 winners from each country.
The 450 winners from each country will be evaluated by LSE, which will select the 50 SW50 Global participants to go to London.
“Having a higher proportion of women in management positions is fair and good for businesses. In addition to talent, women offer complementary skills such as better interpersonal communication, cooperation, horizontal thinking, greater empathy, and the ability to prioritize.”
